As lovers of physical format, buying and selling games and consoles used helps contribute to environmental sustainability, as well as offering you and other gamers the opportunity to enjoy great titles at more affordable prices.

If you want to sell used products, you should send an email to used@pressstart. pt with the indication of the articles, the state of conservation and all available accessories (original box / manual / etc). For a better evaluation, you can attach photos of the articles.

Our focus is on video games and gaming consoles, however we can evaluate interest in any type of article that fits in the products we sell.

Articles should be in good working conditions and conservation.

Even if the articles are mentioned as new/sealed, the evaluation will always be based on articles used, because they are not products from official and certified suppliers.

We will evaluate articles according to the market price, to present you with a fair purchase value. You will receive a proposal with two values, so you can choose the best solution for your needs:

• Cash Value: The transfer of the proposed amount, as a general rule, will be made via bank transfer, to the IBAN indicated by you. Another proposed transfer method may be analyzed, which lacks prior confirmation before the business is finished.
• Customer Account Value: Credit will be assigned to customer account Press Start, so you can use and discount the value in our online store. The value presented will be higher, because an extra fee of loyalty is applied.

We guarantee transparency and a fully secure transaction.

If you accept our proposal, we will send you a document with the summary and terms of the proposal, so that you can assess and consent. You must print, initial and send to the agreed articles.

If the value of the proposal is equal to or greater than 20,00€ (twenty euros), we offer the shipment, through the shipping service available at the time (valid only for Continental Portugal) - for other situations or if the guide service is not possible, another option will be analyzed.

If the sale is less than 20,00€ (twenty euros), the shipping costs will be borne by the seller to the address later provided.

The seller of the used must ensure that the goods are well-furnished, properly protected and, in the case of sending on his own, we advise registered shipment to his safety.

After we receive your articles and confirm the proper functioning, we will contact you to finish the business - depending on the number of articles sold, in some time situations and in the periods of higher influence (fessional seasons, Black Friday or other seasonal campaigns), the confirmation and evaluation of the articles used may take a few working days.

The value assigned to the customer account is assigned immediately and will be available from the moment when you receive the confirmation email. The bank transfer will be carried out between 1 and 2 business days and may take a few days to become available in the source bank account, depending on current restrictions of the banking entities involved.

A Press Start reserves the right to reject the articles and to send back to the sender if they are not in good working conditions, to present considerable damage or wear or do not match the advertised.

No, the vast majority of products in our catalogue are new. All used products are indicated in the article name with the designation [USADO] and also with a yellow label near the product image.

All articles we receive as used are previously evaluated and tested before they are placed on sale. In addition, all valuation dates are recorded, and in the case of used with some storage time they again become quality control targets before being sent to the customer, so we guarantee full confidence in the used articles we sell.

Through the search filters in the catalogue, you can find three product types, depending on the condition:

• New: new products, sealed and in excellent state of preservation;
• As New: They are new and never used products, but they are open or with slight damage to the packaging, usually caused by transport. Include all original accessories.
• Used: These are the items we buy and resell that have already been used or that show some signs of use. They are fully tested and reposed with factory parameters, fully functional and with warranty. They may not include accessories or digital codes (if applicable).

Yes, we guarantee all used articles. According to the guarantee policy in force, the customer enjoys 18 months of warranty, being the presumption of 1 year's compliance - that is, after the first year, the consumer has to prove that the defect already existed.

The warranty application does not apply under conditions previously announced by the seller.

Used and refurbished products do not presuppose to be applicable in promotions, except for a seasonal or specific campaign for this purpose.
