2- When is my order sent?

8- I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
You can contact by phone or email to general@pressstart. pt with the order reference to alert us about this situation. We will check the question immediately, so as to try to understand the problem and find the best solution so that you are not harmed
9- When are the orders in which the items purchased have different availability (e.g. a product has immediate availability and another will only be available a few days)?
If there is a great discrepancy of dates, we will send the products available immediately if they fall within the free shipping policy. Where delivery of our suppliers is anticipated, they are sent before the release date to receive the product in advance or on the launch day.
11- Are the products new and guaranteed?

12- A Press Start buy used articles?
Yeah, we buy used items. We make the evaluation of the articles for cash value proposition and/or customer account. Check our Used Policy.
13- A Press Start sell used articles?
Yes, in parallel with our Used Purchase policy, we also sell Used articles. All Used or Refurbished will have this indication in the title of the article, as well as an identification tag in the image of the product page. Those used/refurbished are all subject to a judicious evaluation process before they are placed on sale, and are also evaluated through our Quality Control service after being sold.
14- Can I cancel the order?
Yes, but we only accept the cancellation if the shipment has not yet been processed and the order is not with the status of "Send". In that case, if you do not want the order and you want the refund, you must go through the return process of the article.
15- How do I know if my order has already been shipped?
You will only have to access the mail confirmation email, which contains the tracking code, or your myPress Start account and enter the “my orders” tab.
